Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
We offer a return policy that grants you a 14-day window from the date of item delivery to request a return. It's important to note that eRetail Hub does not accept returns beyond the 14-day period from the date of delivery.
Kindly be aware that we do not provide complimentary return labels. The responsibility for return postage costs lies with the customer.
If a return is initiated after 14 days from delivery, a deduction of half the item's price will be applied from the total amount paid.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
Returned items must retain their unused condition and original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, laundered, or altered in any way.
Please note that we do not accept packages returned via cash on delivery service, and the cost of return shipping is at your expense. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Initiating a Return:
Should you wish to commence a return, please contact us at support@eretailhub.com. Once your return request is confirmed, we will furnish you with instructions on the proper method and address for returning the item(s) to us. Please remember that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Incorrect Order Delivered:
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us via email at support@eretailhub.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. It is crucial to report any such errors within the specified time frame, as failure to do so will result in no replacement or reshipment being offered.
Please be aware that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and it remains the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within seven business days from the receipt of the returned package. Kindly note that institutional processing times may need to be considered.
Return Charges:
The customer is responsible for covering the return postage cost.
Damages & Defects:
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly address and rectify the issue.
To be eligible for a return, the items must remain unworn, unwashed, free of stains (including makeup), pet hair, and distinct odors (such as perfume or deodorant). Additionally, all original product tags must remain attached.
In the event that you receive a defective item, please notify us via email at support@eretailhub.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that failure to report the defect within this specified time frame may impact your eligibility for a refund.
Reshipment for Faulty Items:
We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our valued customers. We understand that, despite our best efforts to ensure product quality, occasionally a product may be faulty.
If you find that your product exhibits faults within 30 days from the date of delivery, we are pleased to offer a free reshipment of the same product to you. However, it's important to note that we cannot provide cash refunds for faulty products beyond the initial 30-day period.
To be eligible for a free reshipment, you must first report the fault to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We may request evidence of the fault, such as photographs or videos.
Upon confirmation of the fault, we will promptly arrange for a free reshipment of the same product to be sent to you. While we strive for expeditious processing, please understand that it may take some time for the replacement product to reach you.
Please be aware that if you choose to continue using the faulty product beyond the initial 30-day period, it may impact your eligibility for a free reshipment. Additionally, we are unable to offer reshipments for faults resulting from misuse or accidental damage.

Exception/Non-Refundable Items:
Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom-made products like special orders or personalized items.
- Personal care products, including cosmetics.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, for safety reasons.

Exchanges:
For a swift resolution and to ensure you receive the correct product promptly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once we've accepted the return, we will process a new order for the correct product. Please note that the customer will be responsible for a shipping cost of €6.60 to cover the exchange expenses.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Kindly note the following refund-related details:
- If you request a refund without returning the product, we cannot process the refund. In the case of a damaged item, please provide a video or photo to request a replacement at no extra cost.
- In instances where an item is delivered but not received due to a mismatched or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we may arrange for a replacement to a secure shipping address for a handling/shipping fee of €6.60.
- If an item has been delivered to the specified shipping address but has not been received by the intended recipient, we regret to inform you that cash refunds cannot be provided. Nevertheless, we are pleased to offer a reshipment of the order to another secure address at no additional cost.
- If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to request a return, we can offer a free reshipment or store credit refund.
Returns and Refunds:

Cancellations:
You have the option to request a cancellation or make changes to your order details within 12 hours of placing your order. This policy is designed to prevent any potential confusion or errors in our records. Refused and Undeliverable Packages:
In cases where a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery or if the courier deems a package "undeliverable" or "refused by the recipient," a fee of €35.00 will be charged to the customer.
